It is a fully integrated solution that covers the cost of repairing or replacing items and property elements damaged by guests during their stay.
How does this replace security deposits?
Instead of holding a guest’s funds (which can create booking friction), you charge a small, non-refundable fee or include it in your rates. This provides you with guaranteed coverage without the administrative hassle of managing deposits.
Will my guests be involved in the claims process?
No. The process is entirely guest-free. You file the claim directly in your Guesty dashboard, and the guest is never notified, protecting your reputation and preventing retaliatory reviews.
What are the different coverage tiers?

How do I submit a claim?
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the guest's checkout. You simply select the relevant reservation in your dashboard, click "File a claim," and upload.
When am I billed for coverage?
Billing occurs after check-in. If a reservation is canceled before the guest arrives, you are not charged for the protection fee.
